I looked him up and I found the manga he's from, but I haven't found anything in the manga mentioning him in the wiki article. All I see on the rest of the google results it YOITE I LURRRVE UUUUUUUUU and Yoite x Miharu. I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume Miharu's a guy?

Yeah. The series, Nabari no Ou, is about ninjas. Yoite used an attack at one point before the series that is fatal to the user so he only has a few months to live. He and Miharu become good friends before his death, and afterwards Miharu doesn't remember him. So all the yaoi fans think of it as a tragic romance. :D
The best part for the slash fandom is that Yoite is a HERMAPHRODITE.
